Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Estimation (Buildings & TCF)

Prepare detailed cost estimates for building electrical systems, including:
Lighting
Small Power
HVAC Electrical Scope
Plumbing Electrical Interface
Fire Alarm Systems

Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare accurate Material Take-Off (MTO) and pricing.

2. TCF Estimation

Perform estimation for Temporary Construction Facilities (TCF), including power distribution, lighting, LV panels, cabling, and associated materials.

3. MTA Preparation

Prepare complete Material Take-Off (MTA) for all electrical systems based on IFC / Approved for Construction drawings.
Coordinate with procurement and vendors for material pricing as required.

4. Site Monitoring & Support

Provide technical support and monitor electrical installation activities at the site.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, safety guidelines, and schedule.
Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and QA/QC teams for timely execution.
