electrical Engineer – Job Requirements

� Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Master’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)

� Experience

• 2–4+ years of experience in electrical design, maintenance, or project engineering

• Experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or power sector (as applicable)

� Technical Skills

• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB, or similar)

• Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, control systems, and PLC programming

• Understanding of electrical codes and safety standards (NEC, IEC, IEEE)

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

� Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and supervise electrical systems and components

• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports

• Ensure projects comply with safety and regulatory standards

• Conduct inspections and performance tests

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other engineers

• Provide technical support and maintenance supervision
