Electrical Engineer - LV Switchgear BIN GHALIB ENGINEERING ENTERPRISES

Acting as an interface between project engineer, Engineering Dept and factory to resolve issue/additional requirement from clients.

Attending telephone calls, taking messages and ensure the timely action on the same

Coordinating all related to IEC and Type Test Certification

Coordinating with Agreements / Distribution contracts of suppliers.

Coordination with different department/ intercompany

Coordination with Project teams, collection of data, prepare all kind of Report as instructed

Ensuring the decisions are not pending during the absence of DIRENGR

Handle MV enquiries, quotations and follow up.

Attending enquiries by phone, email & forwarding to estimation/quotation

Knowledge of Quality procedure and fact findings for making decisions (NCR).

Maintaining all kind of certification, ISA books, arrange & maintain suppliers' catalogue co wise, product wise.

Prepare submittals (only for selected projects like Major / Big Projects) for emergency situations

Preparing & Handling of Filing, Photocopying, Scanning Docs, Hotel Reservations & Travel Arrangements.

Presentation and Reports for Management meetings R & D- Drawings and tasks to be coordinated and corrected.

Receive & Review enquiries addressed to DIRENGR and take appropriate action.

Review & follow up of the assigned tasks to the various engineers and update DIRENGR.

Scheduling and arranging internal and external trainings Scheduling of DIRENGR's appointment, time Management, tasks & follow-ups

Taking MOM, daily task list and follow up.
