Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage electrical projects under SEC Unified Contract requirements.
  • Develop project execution plans and ensure compliance with technical standards.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Recruit, train, and manage project teams and subcontractors.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, documentation, and approvals.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Report regularly on project performance, risks, and progress.
  • Uphold integrity, transparency, and accountability in all operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience managing projects under the SEC Unified Contract.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and business development skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to secure projects and manage key client relationships.
  • Experience in building and leading multidisciplinary project teams.
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
  • Professional certifications preferred:
    PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
    Saudi Council of Engineers membership (mandatory).
    SEC approval/recognition for Unified Contract projects.
