Electrical Foreman DARCO

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily electrical activities on residential construction sites.

• Assign tasks to electricians and monitor their performance and productivity.

• Ensure electrical works are executed according to approved shop drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other trades to avoid conflicts.

• Inspect electrical installations such as conduits, wiring, panels, lighting, and power outlets.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies.

• Identify material requirements and coordinate with procurement and stores.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on site.

• Maintain daily work reports and progress updates.

• Ensure work is completed on time and within quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential building electrical works.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.

• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.

• Good leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
