Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Direct daily activities for the electrical crew, ensuring high productivity and quality of workmanship.

  2. Translate blueprints, and technical specifications into actionable tasks for the team.

  3. Conduct daily "Toolbox Talks" to brief the team on safety and the day’s objectives.

  4. Identify and troubleshoot technical bottlenecks on-site to prevent project delays.

  5. Prepare material requisitions and ensure all necessary tools and components are available on-site.


Desired Candidate Profile

Seeking a results driven Electrical Foreman/Supervisor with minimum 2 years of UAE experience. The candidate must be proficient in managing on site teams, interpreting drawings. Strong leadership skills, the ability to meet project deadlines, and a valid UAE driving license are essential for this role.
