Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and participate in the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including lighting poles, smart poles, and surveillance systems.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely maintenance and repair of electrical components and systems.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system upgrades.
  • Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company policies.
  • Assist in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of fire alarm and security systems.
  • Support the supply and installation of electrical cables, conduits, and related infrastructure.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians and maintenance staff.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source replacement parts and ensure equipment reliability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
  • Experience with installation and troubleshooting of lighting, surveillance, and fire alarm systems.
  • Familiarity with electrical safety standards and best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to work on-site and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
