Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical maintenance activities across plant facilities.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate tasks to the maintenance team.
• Ensure safe and efficient troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with operations and other departments for maintenance requirements.
• Maintain documentation, prepare maintenance reports, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Lead teams during shutdowns, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance activities.
