Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and develop the electrical maintenance and engineering team.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all electrical maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime.
- Design, review, and implement electrical systems, control panels, and power distribution systems.
- Ensure compliance with national and international electrical codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical equipment and systems.
- Coordinate with production and mechanical departments to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of new electrical systems and equipment.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, spare parts inventory, and procurement of electrical materials.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical failures.
- Provide technical training and guidance to team members.
- Support energy efficiency and cost-reduction projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 7 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance or engineering, with at least 7 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Industry Experience: Manufacturing / Industrial / Power Plant / Construction (depending on your organization s field).
