Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of machinery to minimize production interruptions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Supervise and lead a team of electrical and mechanical technicians.
- Provide training and development to enhance technical skills and safety awareness.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machine reliability and efficiency.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to avoid downtime.
- Optimize maintenance costs through effective planning and resource allocation.
- Evaluate and approve vendor contracts for maintenance services.
- Drive initiatives to reduce breakdowns and improve equipment performance.
- Support capital projects and equipment upgrades.
- Manage and control the yearly budget for his department.
- Uphold the company's values and promotes technical excellence.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field from a reputable university.
- 4-6 years of experience in a related or similar role, preferably in FMCG.
- Good Communication skills.
