Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of Solar PV projects (rooftop & ground-mounted systems).
Review and coordinate electrical designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, DEWA/SEWA/ADDC standards, and safety requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
Supervise site installation, testing, and commissioning of Solar PV systems.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and HSE compliance.
Handle project documentation, approvals, and authority submissions.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
Prepare reports on project status, risks, and performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5–10 years of experience in UAE, with strong exposure to Solar PV projects.
Proven experience in handling solar project execution (design to commissioning).
Good knowledge of local authority regulations (DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, etc.).
Familiarity with Solar PV design tools (e.g., PVsyst) and AutoCAD.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Knowledge of electrical systems, inverters, transformers, and grid connections.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
