Electrical Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities related to electrical and low-current (ELV) system installations, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
• Conduct quality inspections and enforce compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical and installation issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of installation progress, testing, inspections, and materials used on site.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports and updates to project management.
• Ensure all electrical works are executed to the highest standards of workmanship and meet the required design intent.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years experience in supervising electrical and ELV installations, preferably in luxury hotel or high-end hospitality projects.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, low-current installations (e.g., BMS, CCTV, fire alarm), and applicable safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and rectify non-conformities proactively.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid understanding of site safety practices and quality control procedures related to electrical systems.
