Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role & Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor QA/QC systems and electrical quality plans for OHTL and Substation projects.
- Conduct electrical inspections for foundations, tower erection, stringing, and substation equipment installation.
- Review and approve material and equipment testing reports to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation: ITPs, NCRs, checklists, method statements, and quality reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on all QA/QC matters.
- Identify, report, and ensure corrective actions for non-conformances.
- Lead internal audits and maintain accurate QA/QC records.
- Support construction teams in maintaining quality and HSE standards on-site.

Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (Civil acceptable if Electrical experience present)
- 510 years of proven QA/QC experience in electrical Transmission Line (OHTL) or Substation projects
- Hands-on experience in 220kV / 400kV / 765kV Transmission Lines and Substations
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards; Internal Auditor certification preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Valid passport with at least 9 months validity (for Gulf deployment)
- Experience in QA/QC inspections, documentation, audits, and reporting
