Implementation of QA/QC activities including those of sub-contractors works in accordance with approved ITPs and Procedures, method statements and other contract documents.

Witnessing tests and maintaining records of tests, calibration, inspection and testing equipment.

Maintaining the latest revision of all Contract Documents, Drawings, Specifications, and Standards, required for Quality Assurance, Quality Control and inspection.

Prepares and sign off applicable records for quality surveillance / inspections / tests.

Verify the product conformance to Contract/PO requirements at various stages of the fabrication/construction as stated in approved ITP and applicable specifications.

Carrying out surveillance inspection at regular intervals.

Carrying out material receiving inspection and review and verification of MTCs.

Monitoring Controlled storage and proper preservation of materials/equipment and consumables at stores/warehouse.

Initiating NCR for any non-compliances are identified with respect to Quality, during execution of the works.

Review quality documentation to verify product conformance to Contract/PO requirements.

Maintain records of calibration, inspection, and testing equipment.

Ensure availability of appropriate version of applicable work documents such as Drawings, Specifications and Standards.

Issue Inspection Release Note of Product/ Sign test pack (QC dossier), as applicable

Provide sufficient feedback to QA/QC engineer on the day-to-day quality issues.
