Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the electrical sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for critical power and distribution solutions.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand Sigma Engineering s market presence and customer base.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical power sector, including UPS systems, ATS, busway systems, and related products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth.

Oversee the preparation and delivery of technical sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Collaborate with engineering, product, and service teams to ensure customer requirements are met with tailored solutions.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and product positioning.

Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales staff to foster professional development and high morale.

Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Represent Sigma Engineering at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor degree of electrical engineering

Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management within the electrical engineering or power solutions industry.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a technical or engineering environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding sales teams to success.

In-depth knowledge of critical power products, including UPS systems, ATS, busway systems, and related solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives.

Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining client relationships at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting tools.

Comfortable working in a hybrid (home/office) arrangement.
