Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment within the manufacturing facility.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new equipment installations, upgrades, and facility expansions.
- Ensure all electrical systems comply with Egyptian MOH regulations, WHO standards, and cGMP requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and maintenance records in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized electrical projects and repairs.
- Participate in audits and inspections, providing technical expertise and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance energy efficiency, safety, and operational reliability.
- Bachelor s degree in electrical Engineering .
- Experience From (3 : 5) years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing industry -Pharmaceutical is preferred.
- Proven experience in electrical system design, installation, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of local and international electrical codes and standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise engineering teams.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with cGMP, WHO, and Egyptian MOH regulations is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
