Electrical Senior Project Engineer Innovo Build LLC

To lead and oversee all electrical engineering activities for construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, UAE authority standards, and overall project timelines and budgets.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage and supervise all electrical works on-site, including installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution in coordination with project managers and engineering teams.
• Ensure proper allocation of resources including manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Oversee installation of LV and MV electrical systems, lighting, power distribution, earthing, lightning protection, and control systems.Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, Civil Defense, Municipality).
• Attend and lead technical coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Resolve technical issues and propose cost-effective engineering solutions.
• Review method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals for approval.
• Implement quality control procedures and ensure all work meets industry standards and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to HSE regulations.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams to manage inspections and close NCRs if any.
• Coordinate electrical works with mechanical, civil, and architectural teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for approvals, inspections, and technical clarifications.
• Provide weekly progress reports and highlight potential risks or delays.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as inspection requests, daily reports, testing and commissioning reports, and as-built drawings.
• Support project handover by ensuring completion of all testing, certifications, and authority approvals.
