Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and execute on-site electrical works (lighting, power, low current, grounding, cable trays).
Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Monitor and guide technicians and subcontractors.
Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, mechanical, etc.) to avoid clashes and delays.
Attend coordination meetings and report progress/issues.
Follow up on material deliveries, storage, and specification compliance.
Perform QA/QC inspections, raise IRs, and handle consultant comments.
Track daily progress and support weekly/monthly reporting.
Interpret drawings/diagrams and coordinate design clarifications.
Resolve technical site issues with practical solutions.
Enforce health & safety requirements and report incidents.
Support testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2-5 years of proven experience in electrical site engineering.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
Demonstrated capability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
Practical experience in planning and controlling project budgets.
Proven record of delivering projects on schedule and within scope.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
