Roles & Responsibilities
1. Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities to ensure projects are executed according to approved plans and specifications.
2. Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
3. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on timelines, budgets, and site performance.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.
5. Review technical drawings and provide guidance to site workers to ensure accurate implementation.
6. Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical issues or unexpected challenges that may arise.
7. Manage material procurement and inventory control to avoid delays and cost overruns.
8. Ensure proper documentation of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
9. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
BA in Architecture or Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 3 5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
