Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise, execute, and inspect all on-site electrical works according to project drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely progress.
Prepare and review electrical shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project requirements.
Monitor site progress, identify issues, and propose effective technical solutions.
Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
Manage site documentation including daily reports, inspections, and progress updates.
Coordinate with consultants and attend site meetings to resolve technical issues.
Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and resources needed for electrical works.
Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and cost control related to electrical activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as an Electrical Site Engineer (typically 2 5+ years).
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and construction site practices.
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, load schedules, and technical documents.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with safety standards and construction regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
