Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems at solar energy project sites.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other engineering teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Prepare and review technical documentation, including site reports, drawings, and as-built records.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems and equipment on-site.
Ensure adherence to all relevant codes, standards, and regulations for electrical installations.
Supervise and guide site technicians and subcontractors, ensuring best practices and safety protocols are followed.
Assist in the procurement and verification of electrical materials and equipment for site use.
Participate in site meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status and challenges.
Support the testing and commissioning of solar power systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
