Role:

Electrical site engineers direct and oversee electrical engineering projects at construction sites, resolving issues and ensuring that work is completed according to specifications. They balance project management and engineering tasks ranging from designing electrical plans to project close out with experience in Maintenance contracts

Principal Responsibilities :

a. Support output based maintenance scope in the CONTRACT.

b. Select and request for the proper materials and equipment for larger jobs.

c. Project work planning and resource allocation

d. Plan associated activities for all Work Orders/request well in advance including but not limited to plan and schedule COMPANY complex multi-discipline maintenance activities including work scope and required resources, so as to ensure the follow-up for job closure while ensuring adherence to standard procedures.

e. Studies the requirements of projects, Project specific Standards, Criteria, dwgs and Coordinates with interrelated offices /disciplines,

f. Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications such as Calculation, Cable sizing, Earthing, Load schedule calculations,

g. Prepare documents such as Material Repulsions, Technical Bid Evaluations, Engineering Procedures,

h. Coordinate and Conduct meetings with various vendors and manufacturers in order to ensure that the equipment and materials that they are supplying are as per the project requirements and specifications, negotiation with technical as well commercial within the budget.

i. Prepares, Review and submits the following document s /drawings for client approvals: a. Vendor Prequalification / Source approval documents

j. Execution documents, SLD, GA, Layouts of Equipment, Earthing & Lightning, Lighting & Small Power, Conduit, Cable tray, Cable route Layouts, Equipment typical installation dwg etc.

k. f. Method of Statements, etc. Coordination with upstream existing facilities asserts owners for the tie-in and modificationworks.

l. Conducts field survey and inspection to ascertain details of construction and to ensure that the design specifications are followed and render on-the-spot decisions to effect field revisions, when necessary, to avoid delays in completion of projects.

m. Direct and Manage Project works, construction, installation, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer/client s requirements.

n. Supervise a team of electrical supervisor, foreman and technicians during construction stage activities

o. Execute Control Quality process for the completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance

p. Coordinate permit/project closeout procedure to hand OFF the Project and project completion Certificates.

q. Experience on Maintenance works and minor projects in brown field area of Oil and Gas sector
