Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervises electrical workforce, installation, and site activities.


  • Oversee all electrical installations on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations to guarantee quality and compliance.

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of electrical subcontractors, providing clear direction, resolving conflicts, and monitoring performance to maintain project timelines and budget.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, identifying and rectifying any electrical defects or deviations from the approved plans to ensure a high standard of workmanship.

  • Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications, providing guidance to the site team to facilitate accurate and efficient installations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in electrical principles.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as a Licensed Electrician, demonstrating professional competence and adherence to industry standards.

  • Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical construction or site supervision, providing a proven track record of successful project delivery.

  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of electrical codes and regulations, ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards.
