Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise electrical installation works on-site as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Manage site manpower and organize daily tasks effectively.
Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.

Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in site supervision (construction or interior fit-out projects preferred).
Strong knowledge of Saudi electrical codes and standards.
Proficient in using technical and site management software (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle site challenges and manage workforce efficiently.
Transferable Iqama preferred (for non-Saudis).
