Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Sr. Specialist with strong expertise in electrical switchgear, VFDs, and UPS systems to lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities at site.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation, testing, and maintenance of LV & MV switchgear (ABB, Siemens, Schneider)
- Handle VFDs (Danfoss, ABB, Siemens), soft starters, and motor control centers (MCCs)
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of UPS systems (APC, Emerson, Vertiv)
- Diagnose faults in transformers, ACB, VCB, relays, protection systems
- Lead preventive & corrective maintenance activities
- Guide and manage technicians and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with HSE and electrical safety standards
- Review drawings, SLDs, and technical documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills
