Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
Perform troubleshooting and fault identification for electrical systems and circuits.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical panels to ensure proper functionality.
Execute cable glanding and termination works as per standards.
Carry out earth pit installation and earthing systems effectively.
Perform earthing resistance testing and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
Replace faulty components and ensure minimal downtime of equipment.
Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulations at all times.
Coordinate with site teams to complete tasks within deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, wiring, and equipment.
Hands-on experience in panel testing, cable glanding, and earthing systems.
Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical faults independently.
Familiarity with electrical tools, testing instruments, and safety practices.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and electrical diagrams.
Work Condistions
Willingness to work on-site in various project locations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to work overtime when required.
Preferred
Experience in construction or infrastructure projects in the UAE.
Relevant technical certification or diploma in Electrical field.
