Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical installations to ensure compliance with local codes and industry best practices.
Supervise and mentor a team of electricians by providing technical guidance and promoting continuous improvement.
Plan and allocate resources effectively, including manpower and materials, to optimize project timelines and budgets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred, providing a strong technical foundation.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical supervision, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
Experience in containment works including fabrication and installation of cable ladders, cable trays, trunking, GI conduits, and PVC conduits.
Hands-on experience in building and industrial wiring, including electrical panels such as MDB, SMDB, and DBs.
Experience in cable glanding and termination, cable dressing, DB wiring, and panel wiring.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
Good troubleshooting, communication, and team supervision skills.
