Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily electrical maintenance and operations across assigned facilities.
  • Lead and coordinate a team of electrical technicians and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar’s local electrical regulations and safety standards.
  • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
  • Maintain documentation and service reports as per project and client requirements.
  • Liaise with the client, subcontractors, and other stakeholders when required.
  • Ensure adherence to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical maintenance within the facility management industry.
  • Previous experience in government or semi-government projects in Qatar or GCC preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, especially electrical systems in commercial/government facilities.
  • Good communication and team leadership skills.
