Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead electrical site teams (technicians, electricians, etc.).
Ensure electrical installation works are carried out as per drawings, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Coordinate daily work activities, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity on site.
Assist the Electrical Engineer in resolving site-level technical and execution issues.
Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and adherence to HSE policies.
Requirements:
Diploma/ITI in Electrical or equivalent.
Strong experience as an Electrical Supervisor in MEP or construction projects.
Hands-on knowledge of electrical installation, cable routing, panel installation, and testing.
Ability to manage and guide site teams effectively.
Strong focus on safety, quality, and timely execution.
