Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities:

  • Supervise installation and commissioning of 11kV & 33kV substations.
  • Monitor site activities including equipment rigging, cable laying, and excavation.
  • Conduct inspection, testing, and documentation of substation equipment before and after installation.
  • Ensure proper earthing and adherence to technical standards and procedures.
  • Coordinate for work permits, outages, and execution of system upgrades/modifications.
  • Review CAR, ring diagrams, and NOC drawings for project execution.
  • Prepare daily and weekly work schedules to meet project targets.
  • Allocate and track job orders; ensure timely closure in SAP or relevant systems.
  • Issue necessary NOCs and ensure documentation compliance.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety standards (OH&S) at site.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company/project information.
  • Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders for smooth project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in utility, infrastructure, or power distribution projects

Ability to handle multiple site activities under deadlines

Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

Immediate joiners highly preferred
