Electrical Team Leader - Facility Management

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive electrical maintenance plans and procedures to reduce downtime and improve system reliability.
• Diagnose electrical faults, carry out repairs or replacements of components such as circuit breakers, transformers, cables, control panels, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Supervise the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems or upgrades to existing infrastructure.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of all electrical equipment to ensure full compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors when needed for system evaluation, repairs, and procurement of specialized tools or equipment.
• Coordinate with the governmental affairs team to ensure compliance with legal electrical standards and participate in cost-saving strategies.
• Ensure the availability of essential electrical spare parts and consumables in the maintenance stores and monitor inventory levels, orders, and expenses.
• Hold regular coordination meetings with the facility team to plan maintenance schedules, ensure electrical readiness for upcoming activities, and implement improvements for energy efficiency and system reliability.
