Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Quantity surveying experience.
  • Revise all works on the site and revise MIR, IR, and contractors' invoices.
  • Issue requests for information (RFI) documents to inquire about conflicting or missing information.
  • Managing relationships of different subcontractors in the project according to Time schedule.
  • Create or review and revise approval of material submittals for MEP items.
  • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
  • Revising BOQ for Supplies and subcontractors offers and preparing technical reports and giving recommendations for work value engineering.
  • Review design drawings and prepare a technical report.
  • Coordinate with other Technical Office engineers to produce shop drawings focusing on aesthetics and cost control.
  • Prepare all progress and technical reports needed for the project.
  • Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve.
  • Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.
