Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians in design and project execution.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Oversee electrical design activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with project managers and other disciplines to align electrical designs with overall project objectives.
- Review and approve electrical designs, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.
- Perform technical calculations and analyses to support design decisions.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients regarding electrical services and project updates.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols for electrical systems and installations.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the construction or real estate sector.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on technical office roles within construction or real estate development.
- Proven experience in leading and managing technical office teams.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, design standards, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to interpret and review complex technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in relevant engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
