Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • The Electrical Technician is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of plant equipment.
  • Perform repairs and troubleshooting on industrial machinery, including conveyors, air compressors, boilers, cooling towers, R/O & DI plants, generators, motors, switchgears, and interlocking systems in a PLC-controlled environment.
  • Execute preventive maintenance tasks as assigned for specific areas.
  • Enforce plant rules and regulations consistently, develop cost-reduction strategies, uphold departmental standards, and maintain effective communication with supervisors and workers.
