Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Electrical & Power Plant Technician to manage the operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure. You will ensure the reliability of power distribution, backup systems, and low-current installations while adhering to international quality standards and strict KPIs.


  • Maintenance & Operations: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on UPS, DC systems, Generators, LV Panels, and Battery Banks.

  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve faults in power distribution and fire protection systems to ensure zero downtime.

  • Project Support: Assist in the installation, commissioning, and load testing of new power equipment; review technical drawings and liaise with contractors.

  • Reporting: Update maintenance logs, manage inventory, and assist in failure/fault analysis reports.

  • Emergency Response: Attend to after-hours call-outs and follow disaster management procedures to resolve safety concerns or system failures

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Diploma or ITI in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

  • Experience: 3–8 years in Engineering Services with exposure to Facilities Management

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in DC power distribution, battery systems, and low-current systems.

  • Availability: Must be willing to work on-call and respond to emergencies after hours
