Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review project drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Develop technical proposals for the engineering scope of work.
  • Prepare quantity take-offs for MEP equipment from drawings and BOQs.
  • Prepare specific project scope of work including the project s deliverables description and approach.
  • Prepare project s specifications compliance statement.
  • Prepare project trackers for progress monitoring.
  • Prepare monthly tendering reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of the company s pre-qualification documents.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in MEP field.
  • Strong analytical and detailed oriented skills.
  • Team Player and able to manage various stakeholders.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Office and MS Project.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
