Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Develop technical proposals for the engineering scope of work.
- Prepare quantity take-offs for MEP equipment from drawings and BOQs.
- Prepare specific project scope of work including the project s deliverables description and approach.
- Prepare project s specifications compliance statement.
- Prepare project trackers for progress monitoring.
- Prepare monthly tendering reports.
- Assist in the preparation of the company s pre-qualification documents.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in MEP field.
- Strong analytical and detailed oriented skills.
- Team Player and able to manage various stakeholders.
Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Office and MS Project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
