About the Role

As an Electrician Golf Villas & Resort Residences, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all electrical systems within the Golf Villas and Resort Residences. This role is essential in ensuring the safety, functionality, and high-quality living standards expected in luxury residential environments.

You will support the Engineering team in delivering efficient and proactive maintenance services while ensuring all electrical systems operate in compliance with safety standards and brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures in Golf Villas and Resort Residences
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards, regulations, and Four Seasons policies
• Monitor and maintain lighting systems, power distribution, control panels, and emergency systems
• Support the testing and maintenance of fire alarm and life safety systems
• Coordinate with other Engineering team members and departments for maintenance activities
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and breakdowns
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections
• Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and maintained in good condition
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in work areas and service spaces
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures

Area of Responsibility

Golf Villas, Resort Residences, and associated Engineering and back-of-house support areas, ensuring full operational efficiency and maintenance coverage.

What You Bring

• Technical diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 3 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or residential environment
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, control systems, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills in English
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to safety
