Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- 1. Curriculum Development:
- - Develop and update training curriculum for electrical systems, covering installation, repair, and troubleshooting procedures.
- - Create instructional materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises to facilitate effective learning.
- 2. Instructional Delivery:
- - Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on electrical systems, including components such as wiring, circuits, and electronic devices.
- - Utilize a variety of teaching methods, simulations, and hands-on exercises to enhance understanding and skill development.
- 3. Assessment and Feedback:
- - Administer assessments to evaluate trainees' comprehension and practical application of electrical concepts.
- - Provide constructive feedback and support to help individuals improve their skills.
- 4. Technology Integration:
- - Stay updated on advancements in electrical systems and integrate relevant technologies into training programs.
- - Incorporate multimedia tools and simulations to enhance the learning experience.
- 5. Safety Emphasis:
- - Emphasize and enforce safety protocols related to electrical work.
- - Instill a safety-conscious mindset among trainees in all aspects of electrical installations and maintenance.
- 6. Additional duties or tasks as directed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in related field is beneficial.
- Experience:
- Military background with a 15F Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, electronics, and associated components.
- Previous experience as an instructor or trainer, preferably in a military setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience as an Aircraft Electrician Repairer
- Experience supervising, inspecting, troubleshooting, and performing maintenance on aircraft electrical systems.
