Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Installing electricity meters at residential, commercial, and industrial sites according to company standards and regulatory requirements. Performing routine maintenance and inspections of electricity meters to ensure accurate readings and functionality. Diagnosing and repairing faulty meters to minimize downtime and ensure continuous service to customers. Conducting regular service Reconnection/Disconnection activities, meter readings using handheld devices or automated systems to collect consumption data accurately. Managing and organizing service Reconnection/Disconnection activities, meter reading data for billing purposes and operational analysis.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree or vocational training in electrical technology is preferred.
- Holds a valid Electrician license or certification, demonstrating competency and adherence to industry standards.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical work, showcasing practical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations, ensuring compliance and safety in all projects.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and schematics, enabling accurate installations and repairs.
