Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Install, maintain and repair electrical equipment, Electrical wiring control, DB wiring.
- Read electrical technical diagrams of electrical control & appliance.
- Perform general maintenance for DB, LV rooms HV rooms.
- Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices in daily complaint received.
- Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures the apartment, Guest rooms, Electrical rooms, & in common area.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes
- Conduct Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment, ammeters, and test lamps.
- Good knowledge of electrical systems.
- Inform Supervisor on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous
- Troubleshoot & repair of various test equipment
- To maintain stock / materials for any contingency
