Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair electrical issues in production equipment, conveyor systems, and packaging machinery.
Identify and resolve electrical faults (3 Phase & Single Phase )in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
Install, upgrade, and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in compliance with safety regulations.
Should be proficient in control wiring and understand cable selection based on requirements.
Should be proficient in understanding the operation, uses and basic troubleshooting of PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.
Performs preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery to include repair/replacement of components and/or cleaning of equipment.
Helps to reduce the down time of machines to improve the machine OEE.
Ensure savings in spare parts to reduce maintenance cost.
To ensure the SOP is followed and keep log books updated.
Installation and commissioning of new equipment as and when required.
Maintains and organise clean and safe work area.
Follow safety norms
Active involvement & implement the learning’s from training on shop floor.
To maintain facility as per cGMP and maintain good hygiene practices.
To maintain 5S and safe work practices on the shop floor.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification should be either Diploma Electrical Engineering or ITI (Electrical).
Should be proficient in trouble shooting and problem solving
Must have minimum 4 years experience in Personal Care Products/Pharma/FMCG industry.
