Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, and distribution boards (DB).

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in residential properties and villas.

  • Perform basic plumbing works, including pipe repairs, leak fixing, faucet installation, and sanitary fixture installation.

  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections for electrical and plumbing systems.

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and layouts for installation works.

  • Ensure all work is carried out according to safety standards and regulations.

  • Coordinate with site supervisors and other technicians to complete tasks efficiently.

  • Respond to maintenance requests and urgent repair works when required.

  • Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in good working condition.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Experience in electrical works (wiring, lighting installation, DB works, troubleshooting)

  • Plumbing skills (pipe fixing, leak repairs, sanitary installation)

  • Experience in villa or residential projects is preferred

  • Must be currently available in the UAE
