As an Electrician , you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and a commitment to safety and efficiency in all electrical tasks.
Key Accountabilities
The position involves:
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in buildings, facilities, and infrastructure.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations during all electrical work.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Work with other technicians and engineers to complete electrical installations on time and within standards.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical work, inspections, and repairs performed.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely resolutions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
• Education Level: High school certificate or higher in a relevant technical or vocational field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an electrician.
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, wiring, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in using electrical tools, testing meters, and equipment.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications.
• Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Willingness to work in various environments, including indoor, outdoor, and elevated locations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
