Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and safety-focused Electrician to support heat exchanger maintenance and shutdown projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling industrial electrical equipment, ensuring uninterrupted power supply for critical activities, and maintaining high safety standards in refinery or plant environments. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under shutdown timelines.

  • Handle and repair power tools and electrically operated equipment such as Hydro jetting machines, chemical cleaning machines, grinders, drills, tube rolling machines, welding machines, and cutting tools

  • Provide power connections for retubing, welding, and fabrication activities during shutdowns

  • Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot cables, panels, distribution boards, earthing, and lighting systems

  • Ensure all electrical works comply with refinery safety standards, PTW systems, and LOTO procedures

  • Identify and rectify electrical faults promptly to avoid work stoppage during shutdown execution

  • Maintain tools and ensure safe operation of electrical and power tools on site

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years experience in shut down projects
