Electrician Technician PASONS INVESTMENTS L.L.C

1. The Electrician must have strong hands-on UAE experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair across commercial, retail, and residential facilities. The candidate should be familiar with UAE electrical standards, load distribution practices, and safety regulations, with the ability to work on LV systems, DB panels, isolators, lighting circuits, and power distribution. 2. The technician should be fully capable of performing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) on all electrical systems, including DB inspections, tightening connections, checking load balance, testing breakers, verifying earthing continuity, and ensuring all electrical components operate safely and efficiently. 3. The candidate must be highly skilled in fault diagnosis and corrective repair, including solving issues related to breaker tripping, power failure, short circuits, loose connections, burnt wires, lighting failures, socket malfunctions, and equipment power supply problems. Strong troubleshooting ability is essential for minimizing downtime. 4. The role requires an individual who can work in 24×7 operational environments, including shift duties, overtime, and emergency call-outs. The electrician must be ready to attend urgent electrical issues anytime—day, night, weekends, or holidays—to ensure business continuity and safety. 5. Preference will be given to candidates holding a valid UAE Driving License, as the job involves traveling to multiple sites, responding to emergency cases, and supporting the FM operations across various retail and commercial locations efficiently. 6. The technician should have strong knowledge of electrical drawings, wiring schematics, cable sizing, testing procedures, and safety protocols. They must complete job cards, PPM checklists, and incident reports accurately, while coordinating with the FM manager or supervisor for escalation of major electrical concerns.
