Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems for real estate projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of electromechanical systems.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project proposals for electromechanical works.
  • Review and approve technical drawings, plans, and specifications related to electrical and mechanical installations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during construction and post-delivery phases.
  • Ensure all electromechanical systems comply with local codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Manage procurement and selection of materials, equipment, and subcontractors for electromechanical works.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
  • Collaborate with project management to ensure timely delivery and cost control of electromechanical components.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in electromechanical engineering, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Proven track record in designing, installing, and maintaining complex electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Experience with project management and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, HVAC design software).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Willingness to work onsite and conduct regular field inspections as required.
