Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop innovative electro-mechanical systems, focusing on efficiency and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and software engineers, to integrate complex systems.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including schematics, assembly instructions, and maintenance manuals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electro-mechanical issues, utilizing diagnostic tools and analytical techniques.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and components, recommending improvements and cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, adhering to timelines and budgets, and ensuring project success.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements, continuously expanding knowledge and expertise.
  • Ensure the safety and reliability of electro-mechanical systems, implementing safety protocols and risk mitigation strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Holds relevant certifications such as P.E. (Professional Engineer) or EIT (Engineer-in-Training), demonstrating a commitment to professional standards.
  • Exhibits a minimum of 5 years of industry experience in electro-mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Requires proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools for design and analysis.
  • Exhibits strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles, including circuit design, machine design, and control systems.
