Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop innovative electro-mechanical systems, focusing on efficiency and performance optimization.
  • Conduct thorough testing and analysis of prototypes, identifying and resolving design flaws and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and software engineers, to integrate complex systems.
  • Oversee the manufacturing process, providing technical guidance and support to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as P.E. (Professional Engineer) or EIT (Engineer-in-Training), demonstrating a commitment to professional standards.
  • Exhibits a minimum of 5 years of industry experience in electro-mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Demonstrates experience in the manufacturing or automation industry, with a deep understanding of relevant processes.
