Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize electro-mechanical systems for Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purification units, ensuring peak performance and efficiency.
- Integrate electrical controls, instrumentation, and mechanical components into robust RO system designs, troubleshooting complex interdependencies.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of RO system prototypes and production units, identifying and resolving design flaws.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including schematics, P&IDs, BOMs, and assembly instructions for RO systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems, with a strong focus on RO technology.
- Proven expertise in integrating electrical components (PLCs, VFDs, sensors) with mechanical systems (pumps, valves, membranes).
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for mechanical design and electrical schematics.
