Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of electrical and mechanical maintenance teams.
Assign tasks to technicians and monitor the quality and timely completion of work.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all electro-mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, pumps, motors, plumbing, and related equipment).
Conduct routine inspections to ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.
Diagnose faults across electrical and mechanical equipment and coordinate timely repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, technical standards, and applicable codes.
